If after seeing if your relatives, friends, neighbours, work colleagues are unable to help you drop off or collect your work, we can email the other artists with details of what you are looking for, to see if someone else can help.

They will then need to contact you to make the arrangements with yourself.  Remember to include the hanging fees with your pictures, as these are needed at drop off.

To do this, we need specific information from you – please see the examples below and provide us all this information, in this kind of format.  This information will then be emailed out in due course to the artists.

Example 1

David Rodgers is looking for help to drop off his pictures, as he is unable to make any of the drop off evenings.  There are 5 pictures and a box of cards, none of which is too large.  He is happy to drop the pictures off to you before hand.  He can be contacted on myemail@domain.com or by phoning 0101 1010101

Example 2

David Rodgers is looking for help to drop off his pictures, as he currently unable to drive.  He lives on 1 Station Street, Chesham. HP1 1ZZ.  He is free any of the evenings except Thursday, and is flexible about the time.  He can be contacted on myemail@domain.com or by phoning 0101 1010101.
